What's your cancellation policy?

Shoots may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hour notice. Shoots canceled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If our photographer is en route during cancellation or arrives at property and the property is inaccessible or not ready, a 50% cancellation fee plus a travel fee will be charged. 

What if it's cloudy?

Our photo editor’s work diligently to replace the sky and manipulate lighting to achieve clear blue skies on even the cloudiest of days. 

Do you stage the property?

No, but we can connect you with talented stagers. We expect a “show ready” property at the time arranged. For more info on what makes a property “show ready” click here.

What if it's raining?

Most likely we’ll need to reschedule, however, it is Florida and the weather changes quickly. Tony and his team follow local radar and weather reporting closely and will stay in contact so that we can do as much of the shoot as possible or reschedule if needed.

What's your turnaround time?

We will provide edited photos, video, and 3D tours within 48 business hours of scheduled shoot. Expedited services are available for an additional rush processing fee.

Once I pay for the shoot, do I own the photos?

No, you are paying for a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media solely for the purpose of marketing and promoting the property for up to 12 months. You do not have the right to sublicense, sell, or transfer the media to any third party without prior written consent from Tony Sica Photography. Tony Sica Photography is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the photographs and all other media.

What is your Refund Policy?

We guarantee the client a professionally produced product. If the product created is not acceptable based on reasonable standards, we will refund client’s fees. Client will not be eligible to receive any part of photographs or recordings if fees have been refunded.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

Cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Online payments are processed through a secure client portal.
